Today I'm going to share one of the tips on how to stay young which I read from the book above. Somehow after I go through the content of this book, I found out that I already did practice some of the tips. *That's why I am able to retain my youth, hehe*

The Importance of Breakfast

After long hours of sleep at night without eating, it is compulsory for us to take breakfast in the morning. The word breakfast itself gives the meaning of to end a period of eating. Let us use a simple analogy. Imagine you are going for a long journey using your car. Then the most important thing is of course the fuel. Same thing goes for our body. In the morning, our energy level is very low. Thus, we need food as the energy boost to start our day. Mental note ; healthy and balanced breakfast can have a really positive effect both physically and mentally. Besides, eating breakfast regularly leads to improved mood and better memory. We will tend to feel calmer and less stressed.

Top Breakfast Hints

  1. Aim to eat breakfast that is high in carbohydrate and low in fat and sugar.
  2. Breakfast cereals are almost all fortified with minerals and vitamins, so along with low fat milk, these provide a nutritious, balanced meal.
  3. If you prefer toasts in the mornings, choose different types of bread ; wholemeal, bagels, rye bread.
  4. You can make healthier breakfast if you enjoy cooked breakfast. E.g grilling instead of frying.
  5. Low fat yoghurt with fresh or dried fruit can be an option for those who into a light breakfast.

"Skipping breakfast, whether due to lack of time or trying to lose weight, can mean missing out on essential nutrients, and studies have shown that those who don't eat breakfast are unlikely to make up for these losses later in the day. This can have a negative effect on both short and long term health and can accelerate the ageing process."

Lately it seems that it is getting harder for me to hide my emotion. And the face that always seems obvious is this :


BLUSHING. Especially when talking with *ehem2*. Control Charm control. Focus on something which far more important. But nothing wrong on enjoying this feeling right? I am also a normal human being, hua3~. And I do not do anything wrong.

Found these videos in youtube. And I like all these groups. We can see that all of them give their best in the music, not only focus on their looks. I hope music industry in Malaysia will achieve this kind of level one day.
